I was training with my coach today and he asked me to lift up my shirt, I oblige. He said he couldn't believe how lean I have gotten so quickly (pat on the back for following my diet!). I went last night for a hair touch up. Just needed a bang trim and color touch up. My hair right now is just my natural color with a few caramel highlights. Nothing fantastic. So my trainer didn't kill me last night for indulging, he said he expects that and it's good to do so every once in a while. Especially over the holidays! Good. I knew I liked the guy! So I found this dresser at a yard sale for $20 bucks. I needed something large for all of DH's shirts. it's a nice hardwood too. I've been wanting to try Annie Sloans chalk paint for a while and am going for an eclectic look in my master (more to come later) so thought this worked well at least for now! :p

Day 4 - I'm hungry. I need to start logging my food in some calorie tracker cuz it's gotta be low and on days like today that's probably not good. Another day of general grumpiness, edginess and just blah. I don't worry about sticking with the diet but the training is INTENSE. I cannot even remember what all we went through:
